Job Description
This position is one of the front-line employees in the school. Employee must be able to manage a multi-faceted environment with multiple priorities from many different people including Prospective Families, School Faculty and School Parents. The position is part of the Administrative Team; candidate must be able to work together with other employees to help the school fulfill its mission.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and at least two (2) years of administrative experience in a professional office setting. •Demonstrated proficiency in using Blackbaud’s Education Edge database OR 2-plus years experience with similar educational database; ability to create queries and understand data •Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, etc. •Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with prospective parents and students, staff, parents, and faculty with tact and courtesy. •Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Ability to work with accuracy. •Excellent judgment skills in terms of interpersonal communications and ability to be flexible and adapt to changing work situations •Evidence of the ability to maintain confidentiality •Demonstrated reliability and dependability •Experience in working with budgets.
