Trinity Hall seeks an Enrollment Coordinator for Admissions with a minimum of one year experience in an admissions office (preferred) or within an educational setting. Preference will be given to applicants with college admission experience.
Job Title: Enrollment Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Advancement and Admissions
Position Status: Full-Time, 11-month position
Responsibilities: The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the procedures for recruiting and enrolling new students, planning and implementing admissions events (open houses, entrance exams, student visit days, etc.), and daily operations support for the Admissions Office. Some evenings and weekends are required during the height of admissions season (September through January). The successful candidate will serve on the Admissions Committee and may also work with the College Counselor.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and one year experience in an admissions office (preferred) or within an educational setting; MS Office and Google Cloud; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; organization and attention to detail; good sense of humor required.
