The Systems Coordinator is a non-exempt member of the technology team, reporting to the Director of Technology. This individual supports all divisions of the school by ensuring the integrity and accuracy of student and system data.
Essential responsibilities are:
for the administration, maintenance, and overall functioning of the school’s Student Information System;
for the administration, maintenance, and overall functioning of the school’s Learning Management Systems;
for establishing and maintaining policies and standards for data management to ensure integrity of records;
for the training and support of faculty and staff on the SIS and LMS applications;
for training and support of Division Staff for SIS processes, including grading and scheduling; and
for keeping up-to-date student records as well as archiving in both paper and digital.
3-5 years of work experience in technology and/or with SIS/LMS/database systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience administrating Student Information Systems; Blackbaud Education Edge and Whipple Hill onRecord highly preferred;
Experience administrating Learning Management Systems; Blackboard and Whipple Hill onCampus highly preferred;
Experience with managing database systems, including adding records, creating attributes, creating queries, exports/imports, and reports; and
Experience with processes of a K-12 school environment, including enrollment, registration, grading, transcripts, and scheduling.
