The search has been reopened to find that special person who can share the success stories of the children at Kurn Hattin.
Over the past 120 years New England Kurn Hattin Homes for Children has run a dynamic program to support children from struggling home environments to transform their futures into successful lives. Our recent completion of an ambitious strategic plan promotes a new vision of growth and development in Vermont and throughout the Northeast through increased visibility and an enhancement of services to meet the needs of our children. As a fully charitable organization with no real tuition base, Kurn Hattin relies on our development efforts to provide our operational funds annually.
We are seeking an engaging and dynamic Major Gifts Officer who will internalize the mission of Kurn Hattin, represent the Homes positively throughout the Northeast and beyond, and drive the most ambitious and successful major gifts campaign in our history. We seek a Major Gifts Officer with proven skills in the identification, evaluation, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major donors. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a pipeline of high net-worth donors, cultivating a culture of philanthropy to carry us into the next 120 years of service to children. This is not a position for the faint of heart, but for bold and confident leadership in philanthropy.
