Harrisburg Academy is a preschool through 12th grade college preparatory day school with the International Baccalaureate Diploma program as the capstone of the Upper School experience.

Harrisburg Academy is seeking a 0.7 – 0.8 FTE (benefits included) K-12 PE teacher for the 2017-18 school year. This person will be expected to coach one or more sports as well, which includes an additional stipend. Pending the qualifications of the successful candidate, this person may also teach one or more sessions of health for additional compensation. Successful candidates will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience working with young children.
Faculty members at Harrisburg Academy work closely with students and parents to provide individualized attention in an emotionally safe environment helping students to reach their full potential and ultimately attend the natural fit competitive college of their choice.
