The office of Admission seeks an Assistant Director of Admission who will assist with all aspects of the admission and recruitment process including inquiry and application development, candidate interviews, campus visits, and enrollment decisions.
Develop and strengthen school relationships through coordinated recruitment travel including feeder school visits, conferences, educational consultants, receptions, and other school constituencies.
Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current school families, in person, through written communication, and on the telephone. Follow up on inquires, conduct interviews and tour with prospective families.
Coordinate with the admissions team to create and execute events as listed, Open House, Consultant Tour, Winter Open House, NYC Reception, WCBS Tour and Revisit Day.
Member of the internal admission committee.
Supporting the school and its leadership at all times in association with the Director.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Minimally a BA/BS Masters preferred. Have 2+ years of leadership experience in admissions/enrollment management with demonstrated, measurable success in achieving enrollment goals. Must have outstanding oral, written and editing skills. Be a team-player, collaborator, and good listener. Have a “can-do” attitude and high energy level. Be flexible, have a high sense of responsibility, quality and ethics.
