Walnut Hill School for the Arts seeks a Part Time Visual Art Teacher to join the art faculty. This position is responsible for teaching two courses: painting and drawing or illustration class, especially as it is related and applicable to studio practices for Visual Art students. This is a part-time, 10-month, faculty position reporting to the Director of Artistic Studies.
Experience working with high school students and/or early college or art-school level
A passion for teaching and engaging with an independent school community
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues within the department to enhance and strengthen the Visual Art program
Studio MFA degree is preferred
