The Dalton School seeks a High School Student Attendance Coordinator. This is a nine-month part-time administrative position and reports to the Director of the High School. Formal hours: Monday—Friday from 7:30 to 11:30 AM, excluding school holidays. Anticipated start date: August 28, 2017.
The high school attendance coordinator is responsible for collecting daily attendance data from faculty, administrators and advisors via Dalton’s online attendance platform, as well as inputting daily reported absences from high school parents and guardians. The attendance coordinator interfaces with students, parents, faculty, and staff to ensure comprehensive and accurate accounting for all Dalton high school students.

Experience with computer based work and modern operating systems

A team-oriented approach to fast-paced, deadline driven tasks
Excellent phone reception and customer service skills
A sense of flexibility and comfort within the unpredictable daily life of a high school
