Poly Prep seeks applicants for an Advancement Associate to join the dynamic Advancement Team. The Associate supports all areas of the Advancement Office, with an emphasis on gift acknowledgement and office management in order to maintain and strengthen our work with donors. The Advancement Associate provides a key element supporting and advancing the work of all functions within the Advancement Office. This is a full time position and reports directly to the Chief Advancement Officer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage gift acknowledgement in a timely and accurate fashion and in accordance with Poly Prep’s gift acceptance policies. Contributions may include cash, donor-advised funds, stock, family foundation grants, matching gifts, or via third party.
Lead monthly and annual reconciliation with the Finance department.
Collaborate with the Finance and the Advancement team regarding outstanding pledges.
Assist the Chief Advancement Officer and the Director of Advancement in maintaining the Advancement calendar, reporting, and moves management portfolios.
Receive and respond to donor inquiries with friendliness and efficiency.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
