The Middle School Administrative Coordinator position is a 12 month, full time (35 hours per week), non-exempt position that may occasionally require evening and weekend hours. The Coordinator will report directly to the Director of the Middle School.
The Middle School Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of all duties related to the successful operation of the Middle School. Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
Listening to students, teachers and parents
Office Coordinator: attendance, supplies, mail, buses, communication with parents, files, transcripts, grades and progress reports, student course registration, events, website, etc.
Administrative Assistant to the Director of the Middle School
Assistant to the Middle School Registrar
Organize Community Service program for Middle School students

The qualified candidate must have the following qualifications:
Three years’ experience in an office environment
Highly organized with strong communication skills
Experience with Blackbaud Educational Edge software
Strong computer skills (including extensive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel)
Must demonstrate strong database experience and ability to produce reports
Must be people oriented, have confidence and initiative, and interact effectively with a wide range of individuals.
