Job Objective: Lead fundraising initiatives such as restricted giving opportunities, program budgeting of scholarships, communication plans for 1,000 donors supporting a variety of scholarships, endowment funds and projects. Develop and execute the alumni relations plan for seasonal field education programs. Ensure excellence in donor communications, alumni relations and stewardship. Oversee the fundraising database management.

Certifications Required: First Aid, CPR, AED
Oversee restricted and endowment giving program including timeline/calendar, reporting/stewardship and solicitation requirements.
Envision and execute the new fundraising initiatives including grant proposals and alumni relations.
Reenvision and execute the annual communications plan for the Murie Fund which supports the ongoing education of the Murie legacy and preserves the Murie ranch which is a national historic landmark within Grand Teton Nation Park.
Lead development operations including managing the Development Administrator, and managing consultants, trainings, system management, calendar/scheduling, manuals and database management.
Manage the fundraising calendar between four annual funds (TSS, Murie and two independent school funds) to ensure donor communications, timing and project management flows seamlessly to create meaningful donor touchpoints.
Implement the TSS staff campaign which annually receives 100% support from the TSS team.
