Job Title: Advancement and Capital Campaign Project Coordinator
We are currently seeking a full-time Advancement Project Coordinator to support the work of the Advancement Team and the Campaign for Archer. This position will assist the Director of Advancement and maintain the organizational of the Advancement Team. The Assistant will also help with hands on support of Advancement events, especially the Archer Affair.
Nature & Scope of Duties:
Capital Campaign work includes, but is not limited to: donor tracking, event support, creation of donor packets, formatting of donor information and more
Project Coordinates the Silent Auction at the Archer Affair and other event details
Support of the Director of Advancement by managing appointments and other duties
Assists with Advancement Events with attendance, planning and staffing
Manages general office needs including organization and mailings
Provides other general support of department and schoolwide events as needed
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; ability to work independently and as part of a team; innovative and seeks a challenge
Superior organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
A good sense of humor, enthusiasm for a high-energy work environment, and collegial manner
Proficient using MS office and experience using Raiser’s Edge database a plus
Able to work evenings and weekends as required
High level of diplomacy and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required with two to five years of experience in an office environment with relevant skills. Experience with Advancement and Development, including events, a plus.
