The Director of Development is responsible for implementing and growing the fundraising program at TQS including annual giving, grant research and writing and supporting major gifts. This includes the identification, research, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of TQS’ prospects and donors.
Reports to the Assistant Head for Enrollment Management and Institutional Advancement.
Directs and implements the fundraising program at TQS with the guidance of the Assistant Head, Head of School and the Advancement Committee of the Board
Directs tracking and reporting of all actions and information in DonorPerfect
Plans and implements the annual campaign to maximize the support of the Board, current and past families, alumni and the community
Designs and implements EITC/OSTC fundraising campaign
Solicits leadership annual giving asks for assigned names
Guides major prospect assignments and supports and tracks solicitation strategies of the Head of School and volunteer leadership
Researches and writes foundation proposals and reports
Participation and design of cultivation and stewardship events and activities
Master's degree preferred
