The school recently celebrated the 50th anniversary of its founding in 1964, and it is the oldest Montessori school in Colorado. Jarrow enjoys a devoted community of Trustees, Faculty, Students and Families, and has achieved record attendance, fundraising and Annual Fund participation levels in recent years. In addition, Jarrow is debt-free, and maintains healthy financial reserves. Jarrow's picturesque 3.5-acre campus sits at the foot of the Rocky Mountains. Our students enjoy physically, intellectually and artistically vibrant activities and field studies, both on the school’s beautiful grounds and in nature walks to nearby Wonderland Lake. The greater Boulder community offers an active, culturally rich, cosmopolitan, foodie lifestyle to students and staff alike, both during the school day and during time off.
