Develop a forward-thinking and strategic Admission and enrollment management program that allows the school to successfully fulfill the mission and meet targeted enrollment goals.
Design and implement an Admission program in which the school’s mission, strategic goals, philosophy and culture are effectively communicated to all prospective parents and students.
Demonstrate leadership in the positioning and strategic marketing of the school and its programs, prepare marketing materials and promote the school at local information nights and school fairs.
Review, analyze, and recommend strategic goals regarding the Admission process and retention of current students.
Coordinate online and print communications with principal regarding the school throughout the Admission process.
Organize and lead all Admission events, including but not limited to open houses, candidate visit days, kindergarten screening, coffees for applicant parents, new family welcomes, new student visit, transition event, etc.
Oversee the online application database.
Maintain and analyze application statistics, and student attrition and retention data and inform Leadership Team and Board of Trustees of trends and patterns.
Cultivate a strong partnership with the school’s faculty, staff, administration and trustees.
Represent the school locally and nationally at professional meetings and conferences, including participating in regional associations in order to be informed of Admission trends and best practices.
Routinely cultivate relationships with administrators at sending preschools and elementary schools and apprise them of the school’s program enhancements.
Work in partnership with the Director of Finance to support families seeking financial aid.
Organize and advise the school’s Welcome Committee.
Serve on School’s Leadership Team
Participate in School-wide events and meetings
Accept and perform other duties, as assigned

Execute responsibilities efficiently, accurately and on or before deadlines.
Possess expertise in Admission and retention strategies, including the development of communications and events that help convey the value of a Catholic education.
Exhibit sound judgment related to confidential conversations, projects, and information related to the School or any of its constituents including the effective communication regarding such matters to the appropriate individuals.
Possess and provide evidence of a bachelors degree in a related field (preferred).
At least three years of related professional experience.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, presentation software, and communication technologies, including social media, and the ability to conduct effective online research.
Occasional availability on nights or weekends.
Initial and continued criminal background clearance.
Initial and continued tuberculosis clearance.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and the ability to transport oneself between two campuses, to local schools, local admission fairs, and other community events.
