Maret is looking for an educator who is engaging, passionate about leading an equitable and inclusive classroom, and eager to learn and grow. A homeroom teacher is responsible for teaching language arts, math, and social studies to a small class of students in a K-4 setting. Qualified applicants should have a background in education and a minimum of two years of elementary-level classroom experience. The ideal candidate has knowledge of child development, experience with the Teachers College Reading and Writing Workshop, and an ability to work collaboratively with grade-level colleagues and resource teachers.
