Boston University Academy is seeking a part-time or full-time history teacher for the 2018-2019 academic year. Responsibilities include three or four sections of honors-level high school history. Advising humanities students in their Senior Thesis project may also be needed.
Boston University Academy is as small, independent, co-educational day high school located on the Boston University campus. The mission of Boston University Academy is to educate talented students who are passionate about learning and who share the joy of inquiry. BUA students are motivated, bright, and engaged. Classes are small and discussion-based. Most students in the eleventh grade study three courses at BUA, and take two of their courses at Boston University.
