Germantown Friends School is seeking an experienced professional to oversee and evaluate the innovative and robust summer programming of the school. This position is a leave replacement that would begin mid-January and end September 1st. This position reports to both the Chief Financial Officer and the Associate Head of School.
Supervise summer camp staff and/or volunteers.
Ensure all activities and each site is safe for participants and staff.
Determine appropriate staff ratios and communicate with important stakeholders within the community regarding staff responsibilities.
Provide organization and leadership in all areas of program development and implementation,
Maintain attendance, budget, and appropriate activity reports.
Coordinate programming with Division Directors, Director of Security and Operations, and Director of Buildings and Grounds.
Ensure effective communication between the Director of Athletics and appropriate camp personnel.
