Trinity Episcopal School is seeking aMiddle School Student Life Dean. A member of the middle school administrative team, the MS Student Life Dean reports to the Head of Middle School. The Middle School Student Life Dean is responsible for the fostering and implementation of the Student Life vision which is focused on character development and personal formation to support the mission of Trinity Episcopal School. This is done by overseeing all aspects of Student Life, by setting and carrying out disciplinary policy, and by promoting and communicating with the student body. The Middle School Student Life Dean is expected to support the work of the Middle School by promoting the mission, values and policies of Trinity Episcopal School. The Student Life Dean works with the Head of Middle School to provide programs supporting the social and emotional growth of students.

Excellent knowledge and experience with the curriculum and education philosophy of the School, especially in the core areas of literacy, mathematics, science, and the social sciences.
Familiarity with and commitment to the mission of independent schools and Trinity Episcopal School.
Demonstrated experience and success working with students, parents and faculty; a strong passion for teaching and for the classroom experience; a sense of joy and enthusiasm in working with all stakeholders.
