The Colorado Springs School is looking for a qualified educator who will:
Manage all aspects of library and media resources and facilities
Design and teach library, information literacy, and digital citizenship to students in grades K-8
Teach computer science classes to students in grades K-2
Teach study skills to 6th grade students
Serve as a student advisor
Assist the registrar with student scheduling, attendance, and grade reports
Design and lead experiential education (including seminars) programming
Requirements: a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, a proven track record of successful work with elementary-age students, and familiarity with a wide variety of technological applications including database management. CSS teachers have a firm understanding of academic, social and emotional development in addition to an innovative mindset with strong skills in communication, collaboration, project-based learning, and technology.

Set on a beautiful 28 acre campus at the foot of Pikes Peak, The Colorado Springs School (CSS) serves a population of approximately 300 boys and girls, age 3 through grade 12, preparing them to think independently and to meet the challenges of a dynamic world with leadership, ingenuity, problem-solving skills, and personal integrity.
