The Dean of Residential Life works closely with the Head of Upper School to implement the philosophy and goals of the School’s Residential Life Program for boarding students in grades seven through nine. The Dean is responsible for the daily needs of the program to help boarding students develop independent learning and living skills. Candidates are expected to live in campus housing. This is a full-time, school-year position, and is eligible for benefits.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a residential life leader and dorm parent in an independent boarding school. A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field is preferred. Fay School seeks candidates who will reflect and enhance the racial, cultural, and gender diversity of our school.
