The Potomac School, a K-12 independent school in McLean, VA is seeking a full-time Upper School Math teacher (grades 9-12) for the 2018-19 school year.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of full-time teaching experience and possess a bachelor’s degree, master’s is preferred. We are looking for experience teaching a full range of math courses, including algebra through calculus. In addition to this, we look for a strong commitment to students, a positive collaborative leadership style, and the ability to motivate and educate in an engaging manner. The position also includes serving as a faculty advisor to a small group of students.
