The John Cooper School is an independent, non-sectarian, co-educational, college preparatory day school. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The middle school math program strives to facilitate an environment of creative critical thinking and problem solving through logic and reasoning, active engagement, and making connections to the real world. The ideal candidate will be able to present mathematical concepts in various ways through lecture and demonstrations.
Requirements include a bachelor's degree
Thorough knowledge of Algebra I and Geometry
Middle school teaching experience—independent school experience preferred
