Christian Brothers Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to be our new Director of Enrollment Management. The Director of Enrollment Management is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive admissions, recruitment, and retention program. This includes representing Christian Brothers Academy to the public, creating a strategy for cultivating interest in CBA, planning and managing the admissions/enrollment process, and working on programs to support students all the way through graduation. The Director of Enrollment Management will have a tremendous opportunity to set the vision and strategy for admissions and will see the impact of that work, both immediately and long-term, embodied in CBA’s vibrant community.
This is a full time 12-month position beginning July 1, 2018. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. The ideal candidate possesses experience in marketing, communications, and/or admissions, as well as good interpersonal, organizational, and technological skills. Experience and comfort with facilitation of committee meetings, preparing presentations, and speaking effectively in a variety of public forums will also be necessary.
