Collegiate School seeks a Dean of Faculty to oversee recruitment, evaluation, and to work with Department and Division Heads on staffing, curriculum, and schedule. The Dean of Faculty is a member of the senior administration team, reports directly to the Headmaster, and supervises department and program heads. Her or his partnership with the Director of Teaching and Learning, whose direct responsibilities extend to professional development, curriculum design, pedagogy, and academic technology, is one of singular importance to the school; they will function as a team in fulfilling all of the above responsibilities. Successful candidates will bring at least 15 years of exemplary teaching and administrative experience and an advanced degree in an academic area or education.
