The Vice President for Enrollment is charged with managing the recruitment and retention strategies of the Bear School. The VP for Enrollment supervises all admissions, marketing, communications, and public relations initiatives.
Provides leadership for the school’s admissions, marketing, communications, and internal community building teams.
Develops and inspires staff; provides direction for day-to-day operational needs; determines and measures success markers, manages departmental budgets
Nurtures thoughtful and productive relationships within the whole school community, including faculty, staff, parents, volunteer groups and alumni
Oversees the development of strategic enrollment and marketing plans along with yearly goals that are aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and goals
Oversees the timely and cost-effective use of various media and other resources to communicate information about the school to internal and external constituents, including proactive and effective digital strategies and public relations
Represents the school to various groups including alumni, students, families, community leaders, businesses, donors, board members, and government representatives
Assists the President and Headmaster in marketing and communicating major school events, groups, and activities that advance the school
Oversees that a consistent and concise messaging, based on the school’s mission and vision, are delivered to the internal and external community
Attends to other leadership responsibilities as assigned by the President and Headmaster

May work at a desk and computer for extended periods of time;
Regularly use close and distance vision;
Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds;
Work in a traditional climate controlled office environment with occasional visits between campus buildings, requiring exposure throughout the day to the outside elements
