The Director of Enrollment Management will be responsible for the strategic planning, management and administration of student enrollment, re-enrollment, retention policies and strategies.
She/he will develop strategies designed to increase enrollment (recruitment, conversion, retention, and persistence) of new, transfer, and continuing students. Prepare regular reports and comprehensive statistical analysis that demonstrate alignment with Gulliver’s mission.
She/he will collaborate with others to coordinate recruitment, conversion, and orientation activities. Will also work to develop an expanded recruitment outreach program that will include efforts aimed at increasing enrollment from previously underserved markets.
Identifies and builds relationships with key influencers at our feeder schools.
In collaboration with other faculty and staff, implements processes, events and other enrollment related experiences to coordinate admissions and retention.
Regularly meet with the Head of Schools and Assistant Head of Schools to set goals, provide updated and develop strategy.
Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred in a relevant field. Five to seven years of experience in education, preferably in admissions, ability to think critically and creatively. Proven success in a senior administrative role. Demonstrated leadership qualities. Must have excellent communication skills, strong public speaking and writing ability, Spanish is a plus. Professional social media presence, i.e., Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
