Belmont Hill School seeks a Computer Science teacher to begin in August 2017. Primary teaching responsibilities would include Introduction to Computer Science, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP Computer Science A. The school also recognizes needs in teaching Engineering, leading Robotics, and in directing our iLab. As a full-time faculty member, the candidate will teach three or four sections. Coaching skills and/or an interest and ability to oversee extracurricular activities are important. Strong applicants will have an advanced degree or an interest in advanced work, teaching experience, and an appreciation for all-boys’ education.
Belmont Hill School occupies 29 acres in Belmont, MA, a suburb 20 minutes west of Boston. With a faculty of 65 men and women, the school offers a rigorous college preparatory curriculum for 440 boys in grades 7-12.
