Xavier High School, founded in 1963 as a Catholic secondary school for young men, is sponsored jointly by the Diocese of Norwich and the Xaverian Brothers. Xavier serves 750 young men (grades 9 - 12) and offers an excellent academic program and extensive extra-curriculars and athletics.
The Headmaster furthers the mission of the school, provides visionary leadership and exemplifies its Catholic values and Xaverian mission while promoting the school’s academic excellence and community presence. The Headmaster designs and leads strategies in development, alumni engagement, enrollment, and marketing in order to ensure both short-term and long-range financial stability and growth. Through the Principal, the Headmaster oversees academic and student affairs.
