Delaware Valley Friends School seeks outstanding candidates for the opening of Lower School Assistant Director/Counselor for Lower and Middle Schools, to assist in the development and leadership of the school’s new elementary program (grades 3-5) and to provide counseling support for the lower school and existing middle school program (grades 6-8.)

The assistant director/counselor will report to the Middle School Director and will be an essential member of the school-wide Student Support Team and Instructional Leadership Team.
The assistant director/counselor will partner with the division director to develop the new division’s curriculum, support faculty, and oversee the developmental and emotional health and well-being of students.
In addition, the assistant director/counselor will teach one or more subjects, in line with their expertise and the needs of the division.
