We value action and execution.

Connecting with NAIS schools - administrators, teachers, board members, and volunteers to find ways to share their learning experiences with our community.
Helping tell our own innovation journey story through presentations and creating new content.
Recognizing a problem that needs to be solved and jumping right into finding a solution.
Joining an impromptu brainstorming session to support a team member or to getting help on one of your projects.
Working on your own to advance the projects that you are leading.
Thinking of creative ways to involve other teams in our work as well as informing them of our work.
