Bullis School seeks energetic and highly capable candidates to support the Business and Summer Programs offices as a Special Programs Accountant for a temporary assignment. This position is responsible for handling all financial aspects of summer programs, as well as special programs and day-to-day general accounting. This includes revenue and expense tracking, accounts payable, cash deposits, and more.
Primary responsibilities include: Maintain expense tracker reports by camp Monitor and reconcile credit card receipts, summer programs balances and payments, and summer programs income statement Reconcile signature programs as well as athletic and senior trips Record and reconcile school credit card receipts, and prepare daily miscellaneous cash deposits
This is a temporary full-time, 6 to 12 week assignment at the school.
Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail, advanced skills in Microsoft Office, and a proficiency in accounting, reconciliations, and budget management. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills are needed.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of related experience and expertise in accounting software.
