The Pike School is an independent day school serving 440 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 9. Located on 35 woodland acres in Andover, Massachusetts, Pike families come from 35 different communities in northeastern MA and southern NH. This is a part-time, school-year, position beginning February 13, 2017. The Office Assistant will work Monday-Friday 1:00-6:00 pm (occasional summer hours are available). Work experience in a school environment is preferred. Other requirements include excellent command of Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Docs, and database/school management systems experience.
Other Primary Functions:
Welcome students, parents, faculty, staff, and visitors
Oversee a multi-line phone system
Provide clerical and administrative support to all Administrative Offices
