Harpeth Hall seeks a visual art teacher with at least three years of experience who is capable of teaching a range of media at the upper and middle school levels. The ideal candidate is also a team player- someone willing to join our department in discussion, capable of working well with others, and is open, honest, and competent in both written and verbal communication. Other important qualifications include someone who is caring, passionate, and has a specific interest in all-girls’ education. AP Studio Art teaching experience is preferred along with a willingness to participate in a summer AP training during June or July 2017. Lastly, the candidate should be comfortable with technology such as Google Drive, and possess a willingness to learn technology systems necessary for daily classroom use. This is a full time position for the 2017-18 academic year.
