Vail Mountain School seeks an outstanding Human Resources Manager to join the school’s Business Office. The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of human resources including but not limited to hiring, payroll and benefit administration, training, background checks, professional development, maintaining employee files, budget management, annual performance appraisals and performance improvement plans. The HR Manager must be detail oriented, motivated and flexible; exhibit integrity and discretion; and work collaboratively with colleagues and other constituents. The HR Manager will be a strong team player and have the ability and desire to work both tactically and strategically. Candidates must possess the ability to work well both independently and collaboratively, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. FTE: 75%-100% FTE/TBD.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; at least 2 years in a human resource management role. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
