Vail Mountain School seeks an Advancement Office Coordinator to work with the communications and marketing, admissions, and development team. Advancement encompasses the activities performed at VMS that develop, maintain and reinforce the relationship between the school and its current and prospective families, faculty and staff, alumni and their families, friends, supporters and the greater community. This position serves a as liaison between the school and the VMS community working to ensure the smooth operations of all aspects of the Advancement Office through a collaborative and community-centered approach. The successful candidate will have strong database management skills, professional communication skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with ease. Experience assisting with school, admissions and development events is a plus.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree. At least 2 years experience in a professional setting working with Raiser’s Edge database responsibility; development and/or admissions functions preferred.
