Performing as the Chief Operating Officer of the school.
Articulating the mission and vision of the school to parents, students, faculty, staff, and prospective families.
In collaboration with the President, ensuring that the Catholic and Dominican heritage of the school is developed, evaluated, and promoted among students, faculty, staff, and parents.
Promoting the spiritual health and growth of the school in cooperation with the President, the Campus Ministry team, and those charged with the religious formation in the school.
Fostering a culture striving for excellence, seeking truth, and working for justice in the world.
In partnership with the President, selecting personnel who are committed to promoting the values and mission of the school.
Assuring that administrative policies and structures support the mission of the school.
Managing the school on a day-to-day basis by empowering faculty and staff.
Continually refining and enhance academics and programs to ensure that Bishop Lynch offers first-rate educational and extracurricular opportunities that serve the needs and interests of a wide range of students for families seeking a quality Catholic education.
A practicing Catholic in good standing.
Master’s degree with an advanced degree in educational administration preferred.
10+ years of teaching or administrative experience preferably in a Catholic school setting.
Excellent communicator who listens well and promotes positive relationships within the school community.
Strong public speaking and writing skills, including the ability to communicate concepts/ideas effectively.
Ability to work well with others on difficult issues while exhibiting grace under pressure.
