Allendale Columbia, a diverse, co-educational, college prep independent school serving over 420 students in grades nursery through twelve, seeks a dynamic, collaborative, nimble, and goal-oriented Alumni Relations Coordinator to work in a part-time capacity to manage all facets of alumni relations. The candidate for this position must have equal parts strategic capacity and operational acumen and should be effective at collaborating and executing with teams throughout the organization.
The Alumni Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in the Allendale Columbia School community during an exciting time in the school’s history; the work environment is fast-paced and energetic. Reporting to the Assistant Head for External Affairs/Campaign Director, the ideal candidate will help strengthen alumni engagement around the country, reunion efforts, and alumni participation. He/she will coordinate all facets of alumni relations including: Alumni Board development, alumni visits and programming, reunion, regional and global alumni events, and communication. The ideal Alumni Relations Coordinator will share a desire to inspire and nurture long-term relationships with alumni and be excited about working collaboratively with all constituencies of the AC community including current students and parents of alumni as well.
