What you will do around here …
Be the highly organized keeper of all things paid media for all BASIS Independent Schools markets. With the support of senior level marketing management, you will work hand in hand with local enrollment teams and support their efforts with a comprehensive, well thought out paid media plan designed to meet and exceed engagement objectives. You’re the type of person who knows, in each of our markets, what publications and partners will deliver results and help us grow awareness of our offering among target populations.
You can expect to…
In partnership with admissions teams, own the media planning process from landscape research through to purchasing placements to documenting effectiveness and campaign results
Be the point of contact for paid media partners
Work closely with admissions teams to understand their needs
Maintain highly accurate budgets and flowcharts of planned and reconciled media dollars
Work directly with a central finance team to ensure billing accuracy
Maintain records of creatives and trafficking to various publishers
Analyze data provided by publishers and generate pathways for continual reporting enhancements

You must have a deep command over the digital media landscape and understand how different placements complement one another.

Demonstrated experience in planning and buying media, including digital, print, radio, OOH, magazines, and more
Command over digital marketing best practices

Keen research sense – you know our markets better than the people on the ground
Comfort with inbound marketing platforms
Required: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in media, branding, project management, or account management with a track record of professional growth and success. Candidates with diverse experiences are encouraged to apply.
That you have an inbound marketing certification, and digital media planning experience.
