Friends Select School is a 590-student, co-educational, pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade, college preparatory, independent school located in Center City Philadelpia. The school carries out its mission in a manner reflective of the spiritual and social testimonies of the Religious Society of Friends.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Director of Admission & Enrollment Management will serve as the School's strategic leader responsible for long-term enrollment goals, and is charged with establishing and implementing a strategic vision for building intentional admission and retention programming. The director will serve as a key member of Friends Select School's Administrative Council, the senior leadership team, and oversee a dedicated staff of 3.5 people. The director will further enhance relationships with feeder schools and other organizations, lead the admission committee, manage the admission budget, write and present the annual Enrollment and Admission Report, develop data-driven enrollment projections, and represent the school in a local, national, and international arena. A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s degree is preferred.
The successful candidate will have substantive admission-related experience, excellent oral and written communication abilities, strong leadership and organization skills, the ability to read and analyze data, experience in managing people, be collaborative, energetic, personable, flexible, and professional.
