Mid-Pacific seeks a full-time High School Project-Based Learning Teacher. Mid-Pacific is an independent, co-educational, college-preparatory day school serving students in grades Pre-K - 12.
The High School Project-Based Learning Teacher would lead students in learning in a variety of settings, fostering motivation and independence in learners while developing both content knowledge and soft skills necessary for success in education and life. Depending on experience and background, specific teaching assignments may include teaching double-blocked humanities or STEM courses and/or student led production courses such as Yearbook.
Qualifications and Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in core disciplinary areas of humanities or STEM. At least two years teaching experience at the secondary level is preferred. Expertise and interest in digital media, graphic arts, or photography is an advantage.
