Mid-Pacific seeks a full-time High School Social Studies Teacher. Mid-Pacific is an independent, co-educational, college-preparatory day school serving students in grades Pre-K - 12.
The High School Social Studies Teacher will teach High School Social Studies using a rich variety of pedagogical strategies. Experience with project-based learning or the International Baccalaureate are a plus.
Qualifications and Experience: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Studies, History, or related field from an accredited university or college. At least two years teaching experience in high school Social Studies is strongly preferred. Previous experience with project based instruction and/or International Baccalaureate are an advantage.
