Crossroads School for Arts and Sciences seeks a dynamic mathematics educator to join its Upper School Mathematics Department for the 2017-2018 school year. The mathematics department offers varying level of mathematics classes. Math faculty work with students within the classroom and are also expected to work in the school’s math tutorial center.
Applicants should meet or exceed these requirements
Minimum B.A. in mathematics, mathematics education or a related field (graduate degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years high school mathematics teaching experience
Ability to teach upper level math courses, including probability and statistics and all levels of calculus
Practice with incorporating technology into lessons
Supportive of individual students and their learning, enthusiastic about the subject and committed to a collaborative and team approach
