The Outreach & Enrollment Management Coordinator is an administrative support position and integral as part of the school’s admission team and assists in facilitating the outreach and enrollment management process in the school’s effort to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student population. The school is seeking a high performing and collaborative person to work in a forward-thinking admission office. This is a 10-month position, beginning as soon as possible. The Outreach and Enrollment Management Coordinator reports directly to the Assistant Director of Outreach and Enrollment Management.
Manages all aspects of the online application process
Maintains the Outreach & Enrollment Management database
Maintains and coordinates the internal and external department calendars
Assists in scheduling appointments
Assists in the implementation of Outreach & Enrollment Management events
Works collaboratively to develop outreach and enrollment programs consistent with the school’s mission and strategic priorities
Serves as the public face of admissions with prospective applicant families and relevant constituents at external events

Ability to communicate effectively with administration, faculty, and parents on all levels both inside and outside the school

Ability to work effectively in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure
