The Communications and Marketing Director is responsible for the integrated marketing of Notre Dame High School to promote a clear and consistent brand and appropriate messaging to all constituent segments. The position reports to the Senior VP for Advancement, and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.
Assist in developing a data driven comprehensive marketing and communications plan for the school, which conveys a compelling and consistent message from pre-enrollment through alumni through a variety of vehicles including print publications, web, e-newsletters and e-mail campaigns, advertising, media relations and the use of social networking sites.
Work with the Advancement and Enrollment Management Offices to oversee the development and execution of all school publications and marketing initiatives including admissions materials (brochures, videos, photographs, view books, DVDs, promotions, and premiums, digital posting), print advertisements, press releases, e-newsletters, and web journalism.
Direct the creation, design, and maintenance of a full service, multimedia web site.
Direct the employment of all Notre Dame’s social media platforms.
Manage communication between school administration and the press.
Supervise the work of an Assistant Director and student interns.
Develop and monitor the budget for marketing and communications. Maintain advertising contracts, billing, and payments.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Communications and five years of experience in the field. Familiarity with education is desirable.
