Millbrook School seeks an assistant librarian/media specialist and academic technology integrationist. On the library side, the candidate should:
Assist students with navigating library resources both print and digital
Provide instruction about citation in MLA, APA, and Chicago
Create course content for faculty to supplement in-class materials with resources from the library.
On the technology side, the candidate should:
Collaborate with teachers in composing effective technology-infused, content-based lessons, and supports the teachers as they implement the lessons in their classrooms
Gather and disseminate information (e.g., grants, policies, professional development opportunities) relevant to instructional technology
Conduct staff development and supports community awareness initiatives
Assist with technology training as part of a collaborative school
