Lick-Wilmerding High School seeks qualified candidate to fill one part time Capital Campaign Coordinator position. Reporting to the Director of Alumni & Development, the Capital Campaign Coordinator provides administrative, event, and communications support to the Director of Alumni & Development on Make The Future Capital Campaign activity, with the goal of working to secure significant funds to support the building renovation and expansion at Lick-Wilmerding High School.
Make The Future Capital Campaign Support
Track moves management for solicitations, using Raiser’s Edge database
Run regular reports on Make The Future fundraising activities
Serve as project manager with colleagues on Make The Future campaign events
Partner with colleagues to prepare research and background information as well as campaign materials for solicitation meetings
Partner with colleagues on campaign and building communications and marketing materials, possibly including writing content
Organize and maintain Make The Future files and pledge forms
Work with Director of Alumni & Development and Database Manager on tracking donations to the campaign
Partner with Development Associate on prospect research
Along with other members of the Alumni & Development Office, provide support for large office initiatives and events
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have:
A bachelor’s degree and at least 5-7 years similar experience
High degree of integrity and dedication to the mission of LWHS
An appreciation for fast-paced environment and a sense of humor
Some evening/weekend work required
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Ability to establish goals and action plans and to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve goals
Strong organization skills and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate well to students, parents, faculty, staff, and others while maintaining appropriate confidentiality
Computer skills sufficient to fulfill job responsibilities; experience with Blackbaud’s Rasier’s Edge software, google drive, and Microsoft office a plus
