Rosarian Academy seeks dynamic applicants for the position of full-time teacher in the Middle School Mathematics Department. Classes to be taught include: Pre-Algebra, Algebra and Geometry. Additional responsibilities related to student supervision and advisory are also involved. Salary is commensurate with experience based on our scale and the benefits program includes healthcare, retirement offerings after a full year of service as well as tuition discounts for children of faculty.
Qualifications: all applicants must be certified or currently working toward secondary school certification and hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field of study. A Master's degree is preferred. S/he will have at least 3 years of successful teaching experience and will complete Level 1 and 2 background screenings and Virtus training. The candidate should have a growth mindset and work collaboratively. Additionally, s/he should be able to understand and support Rosarian's vision, mission and values, understanding the unique nature of a Catholic, Independent school environment.
