- Work in conjunction with the Director of the ICGL to mentor students in the Isdell Global Leaders program—a year long, application-based program for four students (typically juniors and/or seniors) who show exceptional interest in the ICGL annual global theme, and who commit to participating in an independent study, which includes two fully funded field-based research study tours, one in the fall and one in the spring semester.
- Oversee and serve as a mentor to the Upper School ICGL Student Council, which implements education and programming around theme-based issues
- In partnership with other personnel, help the Director of the ICGL oversee the operation of the ICGL Fellows Program, a two-year, co-curricular, team-based leadership program in which students—alongside key faculty mentors—explore global issues with a local partner within a chosen area of interest.
- Serve as a faculty mentor for the Fellows Program, preferably in the Social Innovation track
