Follows up on inquiries, conducts interviews and tours with prospective families.
Provides information and support to current and prospective families in person, on the phone or through email as they navigate the independent school admission and financial aid process.
Directs the student ambassador program providing training & scheduling for student ambassadors as well as annually interviewing and selecting new ambassadors and head ambassadors.
Travels on behalf of the School, leading outreach and engagement efforts regionally, domestically, and internationally by attending conferences, school fairs, meetings with consultants, feeder schools, and other admission receptions.
In association with the Director, develops close working relationships with educational consultants, Heads of Schools, Directors of Placement and administrators at current feeder schools, and others who may play a role in recruitment.
Participates in and provides event planning support for Admission Open Houses, Revisit Day, and Consultant Tours.
Reads and evaluates files as a member of the internal Admission Committee.
Minimally a BA/BS have 1-3 years of admissions/enrollment management with demonstrated, measurable success in achieving enrollment goals. Must have outstanding oral, written and editing skills. Be a team-player, collaborator, and good listener. Have a “can-do” attitude and high energy level. Be flexible, have a high sense of responsibility, quality and ethics.
